Terms of service

1. Who we are

ENKO Tuning ("we", "us") prepares modified calibration files for engine and gearbox control units and delivers them online through the portal. We are based in Skopje, North Macedonia.

2. Your account

• The portal is intended for workshops, tuners and other people who can read and write control units with suitable equipment. You must be at least 18 years old.
• Give us correct details and keep them up to date. Keep your password private. You are responsible for requests made from your account.
• We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, sharing our files, or that breaks these terms.

3. Ordering a file

• Upload the complete, unmodified original read from the vehicle, and state the vehicle, engine, control unit, reading tool and any hardware changes correctly. A wrong or incomplete read can produce an unusable file.
• The price shown at checkout is taken from your prepaid portal balance when you submit the file. Options marked "depending on ECU" need a confirmed price in the chat before you order.
• We work on files during our opening hours. Delivery times shown on the website are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Delivery and revisions

• We deliver the finished file in your portal and notify you by email. You can follow the status and message us on every request.
• If a delivered file needs adjusting for the same vehicle and hardware, ask for a revision in the chat of the same request and include the issue, conditions, fault codes and logs where possible.
• New hardware, a different fuel or new goals may need a new request.

5. Requests we can't complete

If we mark a request as Not supported or Declined, the amount charged for it is returned to your portal balance automatically. Details are in the Refund policy.

6. Installing the file

• Keep a complete backup of the original file before writing anything to the vehicle.
• Files must be written by a competent person with suitable equipment, on a vehicle that is in good mechanical condition. Check the vehicle for faults, leaks and correct operation after writing.
• Increasing power or torque increases the load on the engine, gearbox, clutch, turbocharger and other parts. You decide whether the vehicle and its parts are suitable.

7. Legal use and emissions

Some options change or disable emissions-related or safety-related systems. These modifications are supplied only for vehicles used off public roads, for example in motorsport, and must not be used on vehicles driven on public roads where the law prohibits it. You are responsible for following the laws of your country, including emissions, roadworthiness, registration, inspection and insurance rules. Modifying a control unit may affect the manufacturer's warranty.

8. Your balance

Your portal balance is a prepaid amount in euros that can only be used for services in the portal. It is not a bank account and earns no interest. How unused balance is handled is described in the Refund policy.

9. Our files

Each file is licensed to you for use on the vehicle it was requested for. You may not resell, share, publish or reuse our files or parts of them for other vehicles or customers without our written permission.

10. Liability

We prepare every file carefully, but the result also depends on the condition of the vehicle, its hardware, fuel, the reading and writing process and other factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage to vehicles, engines, gearboxes or other parts, for lost profit, or for indirect damage, and our total liability for a request is limited to the amount you paid for that request. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the portal after an update, the new terms apply to new requests.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of North Macedonia. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be excluded.
