What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, phone number, country and, if you add it, your workshop or company name.
- Google sign-in: if you choose it, the name, email address and account identifier that Google shares with us. We never receive your Google password.
- Files and vehicle details: the files you upload, the vehicle, engine, control unit and tool you enter, and the files we deliver.
- Messages: chats on your files, support messages and attachments.
- Balance records: top-ups, charges, refunds and payment references. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information used for security, rate limiting and preventing abuse, and a login cookie that keeps you signed in.
Why we use it
- To create your account, process your requests, deliver files and answer your messages (to perform our agreement with you).
- To send emails about your account, file status, finished files and replies (to perform our agreement with you).
- To keep the portal secure and prevent fraud and abuse (our legitimate interest).
- To keep payment and accounting records where the law requires it (legal obligation).
We don't sell your data, and we don't send advertising emails.
Who helps us
We use trusted service providers who process data for us:
- Cloudflare hosts the website, database and file storage, protects it from attacks and provides cookie-free visitor statistics.
- Resend delivers our emails.
- Google, only if you use Google sign-in.
- The payment provider you choose when you add funds, under its own privacy policy.
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where this happens, they use safeguards required by data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data, files and messages while your account is active, so we can handle revisions and support. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your data, except records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons, which we keep only as long as required.
Cookies and browser storage
We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in, and your browser remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and you can object to or ask us to limit how we use it. Email support@enkotuning.com from your account address. You can also complain to your data protection authority. In North Macedonia this is the Personal Data Protection Agency; in the EU it is the authority in your country.
